Simply speaking, this product "coats" or "encapsulates" foul-smelling matter, seals the contamination and keeps the odor molecules from entering our airspace. It effectively neutralizes odors in carpets, fabrics, cars, boats, bathrooms, kitchens, garbage bins, dumpsters, etc.
