Grits Available:

• Pro 00 - Blue 80 Grit: Most aggressive grit for deep scratches and heaviest wear

• Pro 0 - Black 100 Grit: Heavy wear and scratch removal

• Pro 1 - Red 300 Grit: Hone finish

• Pro 2 - Brown 800 Grit: Satin finish

• Pro 3 - Yellow 1500 Grit: Gloss finish

• Pro 4 - Gray 3000 Grit: High gloss finish

Instructions:

• Use with a variable speed hand polisher

• Use clean water with each step; avoid using abrasives without water

• Adjust polisher to low speed to avoid burning the resins

Polibrill Steps:

1. Step 0 - Black: Removes deep scratches, etch marks, and heavy wear. Apply water and make 10-20 passes in clockwise circular movements until the surface is consistently matte. Rinse, dry, and inspect for uniformity.

2. Step 1 - Red: Removes acid etches and light scratches, leaving a smooth matte finish. Apply water and make 10-20 passes in clockwise circular movements. Rinse, dry, and inspect for uniformity.

3. Step 2 - Brown: Prepares the surface to be polished, leaving a satin finish. Apply water and make 10-20 passes in clockwise circular movements. Rinse, dry, and inspect for uniformity.

4. Step 3 - Yellow: Achieves a gloss 1,500 grit finish. Apply water and make 10-20 passes in clockwise circular movements. Rinse, dry, and inspect for uniformity.

5. Step 4 - Gray: High gloss polish for a “mirror” or wet look finish. Apply water and make 10-20 passes in clockwise circular movements. Rinse and dry the surface.

6. Step 5 - Green Pad : Recommended for final polishing to achieve perfect clarity and remove swirl marks left by previous steps.
